ULIMUSEUM OVERVIEW
ULIMUSEUM.COM is a platform focused on cataloguing modern and contemporary art and artists in West Africa.

With so many emerging artists challenging the status quo of art from Africa, with a diverse range of styles, there has never been a more exciting time to capture and elevate the cultural dialogue from an art perspective.

Utilising a variety of digital media, from high quality imagery to inspiration-led videos, ULIMUSEUM.COM aims to profile artists, both old and new, from an accessible point of view, providing comprehensive online content to budding collectors and bringing global exposure to talented local artists.
ULIMUSEUM MANIFESTO
We want to explore art in West Africa
We want to engage with emerging artists and encourage knowledge of our Old Masters
We want to question and discuss

Perhaps in doing so, we may well re-define the way art is consumed (hefty claim we know but we have a dream)
We want to make this whole art thing accessible, no 'arty farty' talk if we can help it, thereby metaphorically taking down the glass casing around art ... (after all what's the point of a museum if you cannot interact with it?)
Are we connoisseurs? BY NO MEANS
Are we enthusiasts? ABSOLUTELY
Are we interested in telling or prescribing? CERTAINLY NOT

Do we want to collaborate, share and discover along the way? YES, YES AND YES
